Free Standard Shipping: Offer is valid on orders placed on https://riverlifeshop.com with a minimum purchase value of $50 after discounts and before taxes or any other associated fees are applied. Offer cannot be applied to past purchases.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Processing times may extend during holiday seasons.

Shipping Time Estimates: For most of the items, it would usually take 5 to 7 business days for shipping. Orders are mailed via USPS.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped your tracking information is generated and you will be notified via email.

Returns: We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will replace or refund your purchase in the case of a manufacturer defect. Manufacturer defects include, but are not limited to, issues such as rips, tears, holes, and faded printing that result from the manufacturing process.
