Thank you for shopping at Riverlifeshop. Here’s how our shipping works for our Print-on-Demand products.
1. Production & Fulfillment

All products are made to order.

Standard production time is 7–14 business days for most apparel and accessories.

Some items (like mugs and necklaces) may have a faster turnaround, often 3–5 business days once printing is complete.

During peak seasons, holidays, or due to external factors, production may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped:

Typically delivered within a few days after shipment.

Delivery time varies by country, local postal network, and customs.

It may take several weeks from the shipping date.

Express Shipping Availability

Our primary fulfillment partner does not offer express or expedited shipping. However, we work with additional U.S.based fulfillment partners that do provide express shipping for certain domestic (USA) orders.

Express availability depends on your delivery address and whether one of our alternative partners can fulfill your item from their location.

If you need express shipping, please contact us with your address before placing your order, and we will check whether an express option is available for your product and location.

3. Free Shipping (USA Promotions)
From time to time, we offer Free Standard Shipping promotions for qualifying USA orders (for example, orders over a certain amount or specific campaigns).
Any active free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.
4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement, depending on the carrier.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, contact us at support@riverlifeshop.com.
5. Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in more than one package.

Different items in the same order may be produced and shipped from different facilities.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.
6. Shipping Delays
Shipping times can be affected by:

Customs inspections (for international orders)
We always aim to process and ship orders promptly, but once the package is with the carrier, some delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours so we can attempt to correct it before shipping.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
We cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package:

Check with household members or neighbors.

Look around your property (porch, side door, mailbox, etc.).

Contact the carrier for more detail.
If it still cannot be located, contact us at support@riverlifeshop.com with your order number. If the carrier confirms a loss and the address was correct, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:

Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
