Our Prevention Policy For Covid-19
Safety First:As the Situation with Covid-19 Evolves day-to-day, out top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities.
At Riverlifeshop, the safety of both our customers and our employees is important to us.
All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and all employees wear vinyl gloves when packing orders, we are following all recommendations from the health department.
Shipping Delays Update:
We are experiencing some mild delays in the supply of our Apparel blankets,
so production, handling and shipping time might vary as follows:
Printing & Production: 10 - 14 Days
Handling & Shipping: 3 to 7 Days
Please kindly bare with us, our turn out is usually very fast, but this extension/delays we are experiencing now, is due to the current covid-19 Pandemic.
Returns/Refund Update:We are only going to accept returns if there is a defect or a wrong product was sent to customer, if that happens you just need to send us a picture of the product and we will be able to send you a replacement at not cost to you or process a refund if you prefer.
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will send out a replacement to you at no cost. However If the tracking shows delivered, then we will not be able to send you a replacement.
Please take note we do not provide returns for Wrong Size or color, we do not stock inventory, we only process your order after when you have placed your order with us, so we encourage you to use the Size chart on the product pages, the measurements are there for you to check and pick the perfect fit for you.
